If you are looking for the new town hall 9 base that can stand stand really good against every town hall 9 attack strategies specially from air attack strategies, then you can use this base design. Because we build this base prioritizing on air defense. Also this base will defend well against ground attack strategies too, because of the too many closed compartments. it will slow down every ground troops, because they need to break through every single compartment in other to get the 3 stars from this base. And we placed all the important buildings in the core compartment of the base. And since it is a symmetrical in the form, so we placed all the defending buildings evenly on this base. So it leaves no vulnerability on any sides of the base. Also dark elixir and clan castle is placed just opposite from each other. So that, if the opponent went for Dark elixir first then they cannot lure CC troops, And if the opponent went for luring CC troops first they wont have enough troops to reach dark elixir storage later in the battle. And for the CC troops, we recommend the following combinations of troops,

1 Lava Hound

1 PEKKA and 1 Balloon

1 Super minions, 2 Head Hunters and 6 Archers

1 Baby Dragon, 2 Head Hunters and rest is Archers

Also both heroes are placed around the core part of the base, so that they can distract opponent's troops while they reach near to their effective range. Which will change opponent's troops course. Also it will buy some extra time for the defensive buildings to eliminate those troops. And it will be also effective during the Lavalloon and Massive hog riders attack strategies, since balloons and hog rider target defense first. Also both X-bows are placed in the core compartment, because it can deal high damage on both ground and air troops as well as it has a longer defense coverage than the most of the other defensive buildings. So, it can deal damage on opponent's troops quicker, but opponent cannot reach it easily; which means it can defend base for much longer. And all the Air defenses are also placed far from these X-bows. So that these Air defense and X-bow can provide air coverage all over the base. And since they are located far from each other, lightning and earthquake spells cannot damage multiple main defenses at once.

Also we need a lot of loots for upgrading our troops, heroes, buildings and spells in order to make our defense stronger. so we need to protect storage during the raids. So if we placed all the storage all together in the center compartment, opponent may get all the loots even destroying the base. Also if we placed all the storage on outside only considering the defensive buildings, we also ended up in same way as opponent can get all loots without giving any effort. So we placed all the storage into the different inner compartments. So, opponent farming troops cannot reach storage buildings easily. And they cannot get all the loot just by entering one compartment. Since we can upgrade our heroes up to 30 levels in town hall 9. And for this we need a lots of dark elixir for it, that's why we placed dark elixir storage in the center compartment where it is guarded with the all the defensive buildings from every direction. And also all these storage buildings are guarded with pretty much every defensive buildings. 

And since core part is guarded with the main defense like X-bow and Air defense, So all the Archer towers are placed evenly on the edge of the base. so that it can provide both ground and air coverage on those part of the base. also they can protect gold mines and elixir collector too. Also all the traps are placed in the area where they can work effectively. Such as all the Air traps are placed in front of the defensive buildings, so that it can eliminate some opponent's air troops before they reach near the main defense. and all the giant bombs are distributed in such a way that they can provide splash damage where wizard towers are out of range.
